摘要
职业院校的文化建设离不开校友文化的繁荣发展。在新媒体环境下,校友文化的意义日益凸显。职业院校加强校友文化建设在一定程度上能够增强学校的品牌影响力,传承学校文化,助推学校可持续发展。职业院校应该从加强情感建设、打造优秀的校友文化名片、创新校友文化传播形式、健全校友文化建设机制四个方面进一步加强校友文化建设。
The cultural construction of vocational colleges is inseparable from the prosperity and development of alumni culture.Under the background of new media,the significance of alumni culture increasingly prominent.To a certain extent,strengthen the construction of alumni culture in vocational colleges can enhance the brand influence of the school,inherit the school culture,and promote the sustainable development of the school.Vocational colleges should further strengthen the construction of alumni culture from four aspects:strengthening emotional construction,creating excellent alumni cultural cards,innovating the form of alumni culture communication,and improving the mechanism of alumni culture construction.
