摘要
当今,校友是高校一种重要的社会、人力与教育资源,是高校大学生思想政治工作中一支潜在的、不可或缺的力量。校友资源不仅在道德示范、心理健康以及就业工作等方面具有育人作用,而且在大学生思想政治工作中具有重要意义。文章通过分析当前高校校友工作的特点,结合上海交通大学数学系校友工作,给出了大学生思想政治工作中开发校友资源的具体举措,对充分发挥校友资源在大学生思想政治工作中的作用具有借鉴意义。
Nowadays, the alumni are important social, human and education resources. Besides, it is considered as a potential force in ideological and political work. Alumni resource not only plays a role in educating people in the moral demonstration, mental health, employment and other aspects, but also has an important meaning in the ideological and political work. By analyzing the characteristics of the current alumni work, combined with the Department of mathematics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University alumni work, this article gives the specific measures for the development of alumni resources of ideological and political work, which has a great significance to the ideological and political work.
