摘要
利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验机等研究了退火工艺对深冷轧制6061铝合金微观组织、力学性能及断口形貌的影响。结果表明:经深冷轧制后试样的微观组织显著细化,平均晶粒尺寸小于500 nm,可观察到位错聚集和弥散分布的纳米尺寸析出物;在相同退火温度下,深冷轧制试样的强度及伸长率均优于室温轧制;随着退火温度的升高,试样强度表现为先升高后降低,在退火30~60 min时强度出现峰值;试样的拉伸断口属于韧窝-微孔聚集型,随着退火温度的升高,韧窝尺寸逐渐变深。
The effects of annealing process on microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture morphology of 6061 aluminum alloy rolled by cryogenic rolling were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and tensile testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of the sample is significantly refined after cryogenic rolling,the average grain size is less than 500 nm,and the dislocation aggregation and the nano-sized precipitates with dispersion distribution can be observed.At the same annealing temperature,the strength and elongation of the sample rolled by cryogenic rolling are better than that of by room temperature rolling.With the increase of annealing temperature,the strength of the cryorolled 6061 aluminum alloy sample increases first and then decreases,and the strength reaches peak value at annealing for 30-60 min.The tensile fracture surface of the cryorolled 6061 aluminum alloy sample belongs to the dimple-micropore aggregation type,and the dimple size gradually becomes deeper with the increase of annealing temperature.
