摘要
采用显微硬度计、大型偏光显微镜、MTS力学性能试验机和BCS-30D通用板料成形性试验机等设备,研究了成品退火工艺对冷轧1100铝箔再结晶过程中显微组织、力学性能和成形性能的影响规律。结果表明,无中间退火工艺的冷轧1100铝箔的再结晶起始温度为220℃,终止温度为320℃,铝箔在成品退火温度为350℃时,获得稳定的最佳综合性能,σb≥110MPa,δ≥25%,n≥0.35,IE≥8mm,并据此对现场生产工艺进行了调整。同时对退火过程中的强韧化机理进行了探讨。
The effect of final-annealing process on hardness, microstructure and mechanical properties of 1100 aluminum foil produced by cold rolhng without interannealing process was investigated by microhardness tester, polarization microscopy, MTS tensile testing machine and BCS-30D sheer fore,ability testing machine. The results show that the recrystallization start point is 220℃ while the finish point is 320℃; in recrystallizarion stage. The best combination properties of the foil after final-annealing process are such asσb≥110MPa, δ≥25%, n≥0.35, IE≥8mm were achieved by finalannealing process at 350℃. The final-annealing process in the factory was adjusted according to these results. The strengthening mechanism of recrystallization is also discussed.
