2018年安徽省六安市公共场所卫生状况分析 被引量:9

Sanitary status of public places in Lu’an City of Anhui Province in 2018

摘要 目的监测了解六安市当前公共场所卫生基本状况,发现公共场所危害因素,为进一步加强六安市公共场所监督管理,保障公众的身体健康提供科学依据。方法依据GB/T 18204.6-2013对六安市公共场所空气和用品用具进行采样,参照GB/T 18204.2~GB/T 18204.4进行样品检验,使用SPSS 18.0对数据进行统计分析。结果2018年共监测公共场所50家,检测各类样品共1605份,合格1255份,合格率为78.19%;不同类别公共场所中游泳馆合格率最低,为61.29%,不同公共场所之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=46.902,P<0.05)。游泳池水中游离性余氯合格率最低,为61.29%,各项目之间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=26.264,P<0.05)。公共场所用品微生物指标真菌合格率最低,为75.00%。理发店毛巾合格率低于其他公共场所毛巾合格率。结论六安市公共场所卫生状况有待提高,监管部门需加强公共场所监督和消毒工作指导,保证公共卫生安全。 Objective To understand the sanitary condition of public places,analyze the harmful factors that influencing the public places,and provide the scientific basis for strengthening the sanitation supervision and management in public places and protecting public health.Methods The sampling anddetection method on the quality of air and public articles in Lu’an City was conducted according to GB/T 18204.6-2013 and GB/T 18204.2~GB/T 18204.4.The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0.Results A total of 1 605 samples were collected from 50 public places in 2018,in which 1 255 samples were qualified,and the total qualified rate was 78.19%.The qualified rate of swimming places was the lowest among different types of public places,which accounted for 61.29%.There was a statistically significant difference on the qualified rate among different types of public places(χ~2=46.902,P<0.05).The qualified rate of free residual chlorine was the lowest in swimming pool,accounting for 61.29%.The difference of qualification rate was statistically significant among different kinds of elements(χ~2=26.264,P<0.05).The qualified rate of fungus was the lowest in public articles,accounting for 75.00%.The qualified rate of towels in barbershops was lower than that of towels in other public places.Conclusion The sanitary condition of public places in Lu’an need to be improved,supervision departments should strengthen the supervision of public places and instruction of the disinfection so as to protect public health.
