退火工艺对超高强淬火配分钢力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Annealing Process on Mechanical Properties of Ultra-high Strength Quenching and Partitioning Steel

摘要 通过对冷轧态淬火配分钢进行热模拟试验,得出加热温度、缓冷温度、淬火温度和配分温度对淬火配分钢力学性能的影响规律。利用金相显微镜、透射电镜及扫描电镜对典型工艺下的试验样品进行了金相、相结构及拉伸试样的断口结构进行观察。结果表明,选择合适的连续退火工艺可以获得强度大于1 500 MPa,断后延伸率大于8%的超级钢。 The rules of the effect of heating temperature,slow cooling temperature,quenching temperature and partitioning temperature on the mechanical properties of Quenching and Partitioning(QP)steel was achieved by carrying out the thermal simulation test of the cold rolled QP steel.Metallographic structures,phase structures in terms of the test samples as well as fracture structures of tensile specimens were examined by metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.The examined results demonstrated that the super steel with strength greater than 1500 MPa and elongation after fracture greater than 8%could be achieved by using suitable annealing process.
