摘要
目的:了解坦度螺酮对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治精神分裂症患者20例,随机分为两组,各10例。对照组给予氯氮平治疗,观察组在氯氮平基础上使用坦度螺酮治疗。应用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)评定两组患者认知功能。结果:观察组治疗后MCCB评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坦度螺酮联合氯氮平可显著提高精神分裂症患者的认知功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of tandalodone on cognitive function in schizophrenics.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,20 schizophrenics were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 10 cases in each.The control group was treated with clozapine.The observation group was treated with clozapine combined with tandorone.The cognitive function of the two groups was assessed by schizophrenia cognitive function battery(MCCB).Results:The MCCB score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognitive function of schizophrenics can be significantly improved by combination of tanduluone and clozapine.
