摘要
本文对多个跨区域组织中的216位企业员工进行了问卷调查和实证分析。研究结果表明,员工的朋友关系分布的部门范围越广,朋友所处的职位层级与员工越接近,则员工的组织认同感越强,反之,则越弱。企业员工朋友网络的范围对组织认同有直接促进作用,而朋友网络的层级起到负向调节的作用。在数字经济时代,面对日益分散和虚拟化办公的特点,企业需要处理好员工社会资本、关系网络与组织认同的互动关系,建立员工之间的共享工作现场,使平级的员工之间形成紧密的工作关联及朋友伙伴关系,注重利用团队协作的工作方式和扁平化的工作架构,顺应共享环境的工作流程,以增强组织认同感及组织凝聚力,提升员工对整体业务的理解及工作效率。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of 216 employees in multiple cross regional organizations.The results show that the wider the Department of the employee’s friend relationship,the closer the position level of the friend is to the employee,the stronger the employee’s organizational identity,otherwise,the weaker.The scope of employee’s friend network has a direct role in promoting organizational identity,while the level of friend network plays a negative role in regulating.In the era of digital economy,facing the characteristics of increasingly decentralized and virtualized office,it is necessary to deal with the interaction among social capital,relationship network and organizational identity of employees.Enterprises should establish a shared workplace among employees to form close working relationship and friend partnership between employees at the same level.Specifically,by using the working method of team cooperation,in the flat working structure,they should comply with the working process of the shared environment,so as to enhance the organizational identity and cohesion,improve the working efficiency of employees on the overall business and the organizational identity of enterprises Sense.
