红外光谱衰减全反射法结合热分析法分析PP再生料 被引量:6

ATR-FTIR Combined with Thermal Methods to Analyze PP Recycled Materials

摘要 采用红外光谱衰减全反射法(ATR-FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TGA)三种方法,对不添加与添加不同比例回收料的5种PP塑料进行测试。结果表明,再生料均有少量PE成分,且再生料中回收料比例越高,其5%的热分解温度越低,残留量越大。衰减全反射红外光谱结果与热分析的实验数据相吻合,这给再生料鉴别及其成分分析提供一定的技术支撑。 Using three methods of infrared spectral attenuation total reflection(ATR-FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)to test 5 kinds of PP plastics without adding or adding different proportions of recycled materials.The results show that the recycled materials have a small amount of PE components,and the higher the proportion of recycled materials in the recycled materials,the lower the thermal decomposition temperature of 5%and the larger the residual amount.The results of ATR-FTIR are consistent with the experimental data of thermal analysis,which provides a certain technical support for the identification of recycled materials and their component analysis.
