摘要
具有快速、便捷特性的红外光谱分析技术,是日常检测的重要手段之一。在纺织品检测领域中,因其独特的检测手段、对样品的无损性及对结构分析的准确性,提高了红外光谱仪在日常检测中的应用。对红外光谱分析常用的溴化钾压片法、薄膜法、衰减全反射法等制样方式进行了介绍,分析了合成纤维、天然纤维及涂层织物的红外光谱的特殊情况,认为实验室利用红外光谱对纤维进行鉴别时,需与其他化学方法或物理方法相结合。随着技术的发展,人们将对红外光谱技术与其他检测技术的结合进行更深入的研究,使红外光谱分析技术在纺织品检测领域里得到更为广泛的应用。
With the fast and convenient characteristics, infrared spectroscopy analysis is one of the important means of daily testing. In the field of textile testing, the application of infrared spectrometer in daily testing has been improved because of its unique detection means, nondestructive property of samples and accuracy of structural analysis. The commonly used potassium bromide tabletting method, membrane method and attenuated total reflection method of infrared spectrum analysis to make sample preparation methods were introduced. The special circumstances of infrared spectrum of synthetic fiber, natural fiber and coated fabric were analyzed. The lab of identified fibers by infrared spectrum, should be combined with other chemical methods or physical methods. With the development of technology, people will further study the combination of infrared spectroscopy and other detection technologies, so that infrared spectroscopy can be more widely used in the field of textile detection.
