摘要
信息浪潮冲击着公众信息行为,对公众信息素养提出了更高的要求。但现实中公众信息素养自觉培育意识淡薄、培育主体相对单一、培育体系不连续等问题的存在,严重阻碍了公众信息权利的全面实现。文章分析了档案馆开展公众信息素养培育的可行性和必要性,以及在新需求、新环境、新变化中档案馆参与信息素养培育的定位。并基于档案馆视域提出通过建立系统的档案资源开发体系、促进培育主体的多元化、开展特色培训课程、多途径宣传、建立长期可持续培育体系等路径提升公众信息素养。
The information tide is impacting on the public information behavior,which puts forward higher requirements for the public information literacy.However,the problems such as weak awareness of cultivation of public information literacy,relatively single cultivation subject and discontinuous cultivation system in reality,which seriously hinder the full realization of public information rights.In this paper,the author analyzes the feasibility and necessity of developing the public information literacy in the archives,and the orientation of the archives to participate in the cultivation of information literacy in the new demand,new environment and new changes.Based on the perspective of archives,this paper proposes to improve the public information literacy by establishing a systematic archives resource development system,promoting the diversification of cultivation subjects,developing characteristic training courses,multi-channel publicity,and establishing a longterm sustainable cultivation system.
