摘要
本文介绍了内蒙古霍煤鸿骏铝电有限责任公司应用电解铝烟气脱硫脱氟除尘超低排放技术,建成电解铝烟气污染物超低排放示范工程,并投入运行,提高二氧化硫和粉尘脱除率,降低了氟化物、二氧化硫和粉尘排放浓度,各项污染物排放指标较国家《铝工业污染物排放标准》(GB25465-2010)大幅降低,实现了电解铝烟气超低排放。
This paper intoduces the application of ulto-low emission techmology indesulfuration,defluorination and dedusting of alumimum fluegas to In ner Mongolia Huomei-Hongjun Aluninum&Power Co,Ltd.One demonstation project with the ultra-low emission of aluminum fue gas pollutants is established and put into openation,thus improving the emoval fficiencey of sulfur dioxide and dusts,reducing the emission concentration of fuoride,sul-fur dioxide and dusts,and the pollutant emission index is si gnifcantly lower than that a indicated in the national Emission Standard for Aluminum Indus-try(CB25465-2010)a well,a a result the ultra-low enmission of pollutants is achiewed.
