摘要
以酒泉市为研究对象,建立了2023年酒泉市工业源大气污染物和温室气体排放清单,分析了4类排放源、9种污染物和1种温室气体的结构特征、差异及其协同减排效益,探究了绿电项目的协同减排效果。结果表明:CO,VOCs,NOX和CO_(2)构成了酒泉市工业源的主要排放物,排放量分别为22693.57 t,3324.79 t,1980.21 t,305.50万t;建材行业是酒泉市工业源主要排放子源;实施绿电项目能有效促进CO_(2)和大气污染物的协同减排。基于以上发现,建议酒泉市大力推动新能源产业发展,并加强对建材、石化及炼焦等工业企业的减污降碳协同治理,实施更加高效的环境保护与气候变化应对策略。
Taking Jiuquan City as the research object,an inventory of air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions from industrial sources in Jiuquan City in 2023 was established,analyzed the structural characteristics,differences,and synergistic emission reduction benefits of four types of emission sources,nine types of pollutants,and one type of greenhouse gas,explored the collaborative emission reduction effect of green power projects.The results show that:CO,VOCs,NOX,and CO_(2),they constitute the main emissions from industrial sources in Jiuquan City,with emissions of 22693.57 t,3324.79 t,1980.21 t,and 3.0550 million t;The building materials industry is the main emission sub-source of industrial sources in Jiuquan City;Implementing green power projects can effectively promote the coordinated reduction of CO_(2) and atmospheric pollutants.Based on the above findings,it is recommended that Jiuquan City vigorously promote the vigorous development of the new energy industry and strengthen the coordinated governance of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction in industrial enterprises such as building materials,petrochemicals and coking,so as to achieve more efficient environmental protection and climate change response strategies.
