摘要
调研保健食品企业对保健品开发与管理专业人才的需求,为专业建设和制订专业教学标准提供依据.采用问卷调研、实践专家访谈会和现场实地调研等方法对保健品企业的保健品开发与管理专业人才的需求进行调查、分析.通过调研明确了高职高专保健品开发与管理专业的专业定位、培养目标定位、岗位群及主要岗位、岗位能力,并进一步梳理分析得出需要开设的专业课程,并在专业建设方面提出一些建议,以期对高职院校保健品开发与管理专业的建设和发展提供借鉴和参考.
To investigate the requirements of enterprise for the personnel from health product development and management specialty,and to lay a foundation for the professional construction and developing professional teaching standards.The requirements of enterprise for the health product development and management personnel were investigated by questionnaire,field survey,expert interview and etc.The professional positioning of health product development and management specialty,training target positioning,post group and major positions capabilities were clarified through this survey,and the professional courses setting were further analyzed and put forward,and some suggestions were put forward in terms of professional construction in order to provide reference for the construction and development of the profession.
