摘要
目的探究硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法收集2017年2月至2018年2月我院200例原发性高血压患者,随机分为2组,对照组接受硝苯地平治疗,观察组接受硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果①治疗后观察组收缩压(131.1±5.5)mm Hg、舒张压(85.6±5.0)mm Hg显著低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组显效62例,有效30例,治疗有效率92.0%,对照组显效36例,有效42例,治疗有效率78.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组不良反应概率5.0%,对照组不良反应概率13.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④观察组躯体感觉(89.7±3.1)分、健康感觉(88.6±3.0)分、认知功能(89.4±3.3)分、睡眠情况(88.5±1.6)分、生活满足感(90.4±3.9)分等维度评分显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 200 patients with essential hypertension from Feb.2017 to Feb.2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received nifedipine and the observation group received nifedipine combined with irbesartan.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP)was(131.1±5.5)mm Hg,and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)was(85.6±5.0)mm Hg in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Observation group marked effect in 62 cases,30 cases were effective,the effective rate was 92.0%,the control group was 36 cases,the effective rate was 42 cases,the effective rate was 78.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The adverse reaction rate was 5.0%in the observation group and 13.0%in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)The scores of somatosensory,healthy sensation and cognitive function in the observation group were(89.7±3.1),(88.6±3.0)and(89.4±3.33),respectively.Sleep status(88.5±1.6),life satisfaction(90.4±3.9)The score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension is remarkable and worthy of clinical popularization.
