摘要
液晶玻璃基板和光学玻璃等高端玻璃生产中,普遍使用铂金通道,铂金通道有着良好的处理玻璃液的能力和高精度控制流量能力。流量的控制过程中,出现流量失控可能对铂金通道造成重大影响,分析如何防止流量暴冲或断流,对工艺运行和铂金通道设计提供参考和借鉴。
Platinum channel is commonly used in high-end glass production,such as liquid crystal glass substrate and optical glass.Platinum channelhave a good ability to process liquid glass and control flow with high precision.In the process of glass flow control,the uncontrolled flow may cause a significant impact for the platinum channel.and how to prevent the flow burst forth or broken flow of glass melt,and provides references for process operation and platinum channel design.
