摘要
伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,国家对黑臭水体治理的不断重视,雨污水管网运行养护工作要求越来越高,如何正确处理管网养护产生的大量通沟污泥成为亟待解决的问题。某市建成一套"淘洗+回收联合利用"的通沟污泥处置设施,对该套处理设施半年多的运行情况进行分析,发现通沟污泥中粒径<0.2 mm的泥砂含量较高,对生产运行带来一定的不利影响。通过分离通沟污泥中各种粒径、不同类别的物质,然后进行分类处理,基本可以达到稳定化、无害化和资源化的要求。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the country continues to attach importance to black and odorous water bodies.Thus stormwater and wastewater pipe network operation and maintenance work is becoming more and more demanding,and how to dispose the large amount of sewer sludge has become an urgent problem.A process of scouring and recycling combined utilization was established in a city.After analyzing the operation status of the treatment facilities for half a year,it was found that the silt content below 0.2 mm was relatively high in sewer sludge,which had a certain impact on the operation.Through separation of various particle sizes and different types of substances in the sewer sludge,and then classified treatment,the requirements of stabilization,harmlessness and resource utilization could be achieved.
