经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者的效果 被引量:5

Effect of Transurethral Bipolar Plasma Resection on IPSS and Qmax in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

摘要 目的探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年3月在福建省漳州市中医院接受治疗的81例良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料,根据手术方式的不同分为试验组(46例)和对照组(35例)。试验组采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗,对照组采用前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组手术后国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿(RUV)、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果术后,试验组IPSS评分及RUV均低于对照组,Qmax高于对照组,手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、导管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对良性前列腺增生患者使用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗可显著缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,缓解病情,提高最大尿流率,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral bipolar plasma resection on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The clinical data of 81 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The selected patients were divided into experimental groups(46 cases) and control group(35 cases) according to the different surgical methods.The experimental groups were treated with transurethral bipolar plasma electricity, and the control groups were treated with resection of the prostate.The international prostate symptom score(IPSS), maximum urine flow rate(Qmax), residual urine(RUV), clinical indicators, and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery, the IPSS score and RUV of the experimental group were lower than the control group, Qmax was higher than the control group.the operation time, postoperative bladder irrigation time, catheter indwelling time, and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less In the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral bipolar plasmalectomy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, relieve the condition, increase the maximum urinary flow rate, and reduce the incidence of complications.
