摘要
针对如何能够更好处理PCB的布局与布线问题,笔者基于对PCB布局与布线问题的研究,实现了对EMC性能的准确控制。通信产品PCB的EMC解决方案研究是电磁干扰自动测试中的重要环节,而前端PCB的设计对整个EMC的优劣有着重要的影响。由于合理的布局与布线能够直接影响性能指标,必须优先考虑器件选型、原理设计和PCB设计,从源头上改善EMC问题。该设计不仅具有较强的理论依据和实践基础,还有一定的实用价值,能够减少改版次数、降低经济成本。
Aiming at how to better deal with the layout and wiring of PCB,based on the research of PCB layout and wiring,the author realizes the accurate control of EMC performance.EMC Solution Research of communication PCB is an important part of EMI automatic test,and the design of front-end PCB has an important impact on the whole EMC.Because the reasonable layout and wiring can directly affect the performance index,we must give priority to device selection,principle design and PCB design to improve the EMC problem from the source.The design not only has a strong theoretical basis and practical basis,but also has a certain practical value,which can reduce the number of revisions and economic costs.
