基于展频时钟的电机驱动系统电磁干扰抑制研究 被引量:2

Research on Vehicle Motor Drive System Electromagnetic Interference Suppress Based on Spread Spectrum Clocking

摘要 电机驱动系统是电动汽车的关键零部件,因为瞬变的高电压和大电流、繁多的耦合路径,电机驱动系统产生的辐射发射成为电动汽车的主要干扰源之一,影响了电动汽车的电磁兼容(EMC)性能。为了抑制电机驱动系统的辐射发射,提高电动汽车的稳定性和安全性,本文从干扰源、传播路径、敏感设备3个角度分析电机驱动系统产生电磁干扰的原因,总结一系列优化EMC性能的方法,并提出了展频时钟技术在电机驱动系统的应用。实车验证结果表明,优化后EMC辐射显著下降,可满足GB/T 18387-2008要求。 As a key component of electric vehicle,motor drive system have characteristic of pulsed high voltage and varied coupling path.The radiation emission from motor drive system is a key interference which effects the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)performance of electric vehicle.Intending to improve the reliability and safety performance of new energy vehicle,it's necessary to suppress the electromagnetic interference of motor drive system.This paper propose a series methods of optimizing EMC performance by source/path/sensitivity,and puts forward spread spectrum clocking technology applied on motor drive system.After verified on vehicle,the result shows that EMC performance improved apparently,which meets GB/T 18387-2008 requirements.
