摘要
对于换热管受横向流激振产生振动的问题,考虑流体阻尼与管道变形的影响,得到了关于振动速度的高阶偏微分方程。以弹簧-质量系统作为方程的特解入手,分析了热管振动方程解的形式和对应的动力学特性,并作出对应的相轨线方程,从相平面的角度出发,进一步得出换热管受流体激振的稳定性条件。
In view of the vibration incurred by lateral flow excitation of the heat transfer tube,the influence of fluid damping and pipeline deformation was discussed to obtain a high-order partial differential equation for the vibration velocity.Taking the spring-mass system as the special solution of the equation,the solution of the heat pipe vibration equation and the corresponding dynamic characteristics were analyzed and the corresponding phase trajectory equation were worked out and then,starting with the perspective of the phase plane,the stability condition of the heat exchange tube subjected to fluid excitation was obtained.
