摘要
在深水测试作业中,管线振动问题严重影响着地面流程的长周期安全运行,这一现象在弯管段尤为突出。为此,基于弯管内流流动模型,以深水测试地面流程典型弯管为研究对象,进行了气流脉动和管道振动分析。结果表明,气流脉动对管道的动态响应有着重要影响,弯管段的振动频率与气流脉动频率相近时,振动程度剧烈。基频下地面测试管线动力响应分析表明,在内压呈正弦波动时,随着内流压力均值的增大,弯管最大位移、应力和加速度响应均增大;随着压力不均度增大,弯管的最大应力先增大后减小,但最大位移和加速度响应变化较小;在气流脉动一定时,随着弯管弯曲半径的增大,弯管的最大位移增大,最大应力减小,最大加速度在内压波动的前1/4周期波动明显,随后趋于稳定;弯管弯角由90°变为135°时,最大位移响应减小,而其最大应力和加速度响应增大。
During the offshore operations,the pipeline vibration seriously affects the long-term safe operation of the surface process,especially in the elbow section.Therefore,based on the flow model in the elbow,the gas pulsation and pipeline vibration of the typical elbow in offshore operations on the surface flow process are analyzed.The results show that the gas pulsation has an important influence on the dynamic response of the pipe.When the vibration frequency of the elbow section is close to that of the gas pulsation,the vibration degree is violent.The dynamic response analysis of the ground test pipeline under the fundamental frequency shows that when the internal pressure is sinusoidal,the maximum displacement,stress and acceleration response of the elbow increase with the increase of the mean value of the internal pressure.With the increase of the pressure unevenness,the maximum stress of the elbow increases first and then decreases,but the maximum displacement and acceleration responses change little.When the gas pulsation is constant,with the increase of bend radius,the maximum displacement and stress of the elbow increase,and the maximum acceleration fluctuates obviously in the first 1/4 period of internal pressure fluctuation,and then tends to be stable.When the bend angle changes from 90°to 135°,the maximum displacement response decreases,while the maximum stress and acceleration response increase.
