Application and Maintenance Practice of High Speed Steel Roller in 1780 Production Line of Meishan

摘要 针对梅钢1780产线轧制高强酸洗薄板出现的高速钢轧辊氧化膜剥落问题,进行了氧化膜成膜与剥落机理的分析。在此基础上提出控制高速钢轧辊碳化物形态,降低轧辊表面氧化温度,防止氧化膜中含易剥落的FeO等增加氧化膜抗剥落能力一系列轧辊使用维护措施,同时加强工艺优化,改善轧辊使用条件,降低氧化膜剥落风险。目前高强酸洗薄板轧制时氧化膜剥落基本得到控制。 The film-forming and spalling mechanism of high-speed steel roll in the rolling of high strength pickling sheet was analyzed in 1780 production line of Meishan. On this basis,a series of measures are put forward to control the carbide morphology of high speed steel roll,reducing the oxidation temperature on the surface of the roll,preventing the Fe O containing easily peeling in the oxide film from increasing the anti-spalling ability of the oxide film,at the same time,strengthening the process optimization,improving the working conditions of the roll and reducing the risk of spalling of the oxide film. At present,the spalling of oxide film in the rolling of high strength pickling sheet is basically controlled.
