摘要
研究了两种不同成分的半高速钢轧辊材料在600℃时碳化物的氧化行为。对两种半高速钢的金相组织、氧化试样的表面形貌进行了研究,结果表明:半高速钢中富铌的MC型碳化物抗氧化性能最差,氧化产物不但凸出基体表面,而且每个氧化区域均有裂纹产生;富钼的M2C型碳化物具有较好的抗氧化性能,但由于在与基体交错相间生长,其表面容易被基体表面横向生长的氧化产物所覆盖;富铬的M7C3型碳化物具有最佳的抗氧化性能。
The oxidation behavior of carbides in two semi high speed steels for rough rolling rolls were studied at 600 ℃. Based on the study of microstructure and morphology of oxidized surfaces, it was proved,that the oxidation resistance of the Nb-rich MC is the worst, the oxidation products extrude the surface, and the cracks are observed on the carbides; the Mo-rich M2C carbides have better oxidation resistance, but these carbides are easier to be covered by the neighboring oxidation products due to the M2C carbides often mix with the matrix; the Cr-rich M7C2 carbides have the best oxidation resistance.
