摘要
为了响应党和国家"大众创业、万众创新"的号召和适应学校建设新工科需要。基于师范类院校尚未形成系统的创新创业教育体系以及缺乏强硬的软硬件支撑建设现状,文章提出了应该从培养方案、课程设置与软硬件资源建设三方面进行改革,坚持以人为本,知识、能力、素质全面协调发展的教学理念,建设师范类院校应用化学专业教育融合创新创业型人才培养新模式,培养具备较强的创新精神和创业潜力的人才。
In response to the call of the party and the country for"mass entrepreneurship,innovation"and meet the needs of schools to build new engineering major for University.The innovation and entrepreneurship education system that has not yet been formed system in normal colleges and the lack of enough hardware and software facility support.In this paper,we proposes that reform should be carried out from three aspects:training program,curriculum and software and hardware resources construction.We persist comprehensively the people-oriented,knowledge,ability and quality education concept to build a new model for the training of applied chemistry professionals in Normal colleges.Thereby,some talents with strong innovation spirit and entrepreneurial potential would be cultured.
