摘要
针对当前煤矿综采工作面瓦斯、粉尘浓度未能够得到实时改善的问题,提出基于自动监测报警系统对工作面瓦斯、粉尘浓度以及通风情况实时监测并控制通风机运行状态的思路,并对该自动监测系统的控制器及关键传感器进行选型,对关键软件功能进行设计,为改善综采工作面的生产环境奠定基础。
Aiming at the problem that the gas and dust concentration in fully mechanized coal mining face can not be improved in real time,this paper puts forward the idea of monitoring and controlling the running state of ventilator in real time based on automatic monitoring and alarm system,and selects the controller and key sensor of the automatic monitoring system,designs the key software function,and lays a foundation for improving the production environment of fully mechanized coal mining face.
