摘要
基于CAN总线的风机监控系统以DSP芯片作为核心控制部件,配合各种传感器和外部电路,自动监控煤矿井下通风的各项指标,实现风机开机、停机、风量调节、电机检测和综合保护的全面智能化,并采用CAN现场总线与地面调度室的主机通信,实现集中和远程监控。该系统实现了煤矿井下风机监控自动化,提高了井下安全生产的可靠性,避免因通风不良造成煤矿瓦斯爆炸的可能性。
The ventilator monitoring system took DSP as control unit. Coordinates kinds of sensors and outside circuit it can realize comprehensive intellectualization of coal mine ventilation monitoring, included the ventilator starting, engine off, air volume regulation, electric machine examination and synthesis protection. And it communicate with main host on the ground by CAN field bus and realize centralized and the long-distance monitoring. The system realized the coal mine monitoring automation. It enhanced reliability of mine production safety and avoided possibility of coal mine gas explosion caused by ventilating.
