摘要
目的了解深圳宝安地区无偿献血人群HTLV流行现状。方法应用ELISA法检测2016年3月1日-2019年2月28日无偿献血者血液标本99782份,ELISA阳性标本送广州市血液中心进行化学发光和PCR检测,以进一步确证。结果ELISA初筛抗-HTLV阳性率为0.022%(22/99782),其中经化学发光和PCR确证阳性2人,确证阳性率约为0.002%(2/99782),确证阳性献血者2人均为非深圳户籍。结论深圳宝安地区属于HTLV低流行地区,在保证血液安全的前提下,为减少人力与财政的浪费,可采取滤白与针对性血液筛查相结合的预防策略。
Objective To characterize the the current infection status of human T cell leukemia virus(HTLV)among voluntary blood donors in Bao′an area of Shenzhen.Methods Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to perform anti-HTLV screening on samples from blood donors,recorded from March 1,2016 to February 28,2019.The positive samples were sent to Guangzhou Blood Center for chemiluminescence and PCR detection for further confirmation.Results 22 of 99782 samples were reactive by ELISA,and the positive rate was 0.022%.Two cases of HTLV were confirmed by chemiluminescence and PCR,and the positive rate was 0.002%(2/99782).None of 2 HTLV-confirmeddonors were Shenzhen household registers.Conclusion The blood donors in Bao′an area of Shenzhen are HTLV low prevalence population.It is necessary to screen HTLV in targeted blood donors(i.e.first-time donors,donors from HTLVepidemic area)combing leukocyte depleting for the safety of blood transfusion.
