摘要
以杏鲍菇2号、杏鲍菇9号、杏鲍菇1号为试验材料,以当地主栽品种杏鲍菇3号为对照,以菌丝生长速度、菌丝长势、平均袋产、平均单菇质量、生物学转化率以及子实体形态为指标,对4个杏鲍菇品种进行比较试验,以期筛选出适合十堰地区工厂化栽培的杏鲍菇品种。试验结果表明,杏鲍菇9号和杏鲍菇3号具有高产、优质的优点,适合在十堰当地生产中示范、推广。
Taking Pleurotus eryngii No.2,Pleurotus eryngii No.9 and Pleurotus eryngii No.1 as materials,Pleurotus eryngii No.3 as control,we determined the mycelium growth rate,mycelium growth potential,average yield,average weight of the fruit body,biological conversion ratio and fruiting morphology to screen out the suitable cultivars for factory cultivation.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii No.9 and Pleurotus eryngii No.3 had high yield and good quality,and were suitable for demonstration and promotion in production.
