摘要
金融治理能力现代化是国家治理能力现代化的重要构件之一,金融体制决定着金融治理能力现代化的程度与前行的步代。商业银行是金融体系的主体部分,其提升治理能力现代化的决策、机构、手段等体制的改革与深化,对金融治理能力现代化具有同样的示范、推广与指导意义,也为提升国家治理能力现代化寻找新路径提供了新的空间。
The modernization of financial governance ability is one of the important components of the modernization of national governance ability.The financial system determines the degree and pace of the modernization of financial governance ability.Commercial banks are the main part of the financial system.The reform and deepening of the decision-making,institutions,means and other systems to improve the modernization of governance capability have the same demonstration,promotion and guidance significance for the modernization of financial governance capability,and also provide a new space for the modernization of national governance capability.
