摘要
目的分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合液氮冷冻对肛周难治性尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法将88例肛周难治性尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,每组44例。对照组应用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,观察组应用ALA-PDT联合液氮冷冻治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组、观察组治疗总有效率分别为75.00%、90.91%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.82%,低于对照组的22.73%(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕形成率为0,低于对照组的15.91%(P<0.05)。结论ALA-PDT联合液氮冷冻可提高肛周难治性尖锐湿疣治疗效果,降低疾病复发风险,且该疗法不良反应发生风险低,不易形成瘢痕。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with photodynamic therapy on perianal refractory condyloma acuminatum.Methods 88 cases of perianal refractory condyloma acuminatum patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 44 cases.the control group was given CO2 in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy.The study group received liquid nitrogen freezing method in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.82%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 22.73%,(P<0.05).The scar formation rate of the study group was 0,significantly lower than that of the control group 15.91%(P<0.05).Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with photodynamic therapy can improve the treatment effect of perianal refractory condyloma acuminatum,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,and the risk of adverse reactions of the treatment is low,not easy to form scar.
