摘要
目的探讨研究胆囊切除术后2型糖尿病患者血脂代谢特点。方法选择2016年7月-2019年2月在医院胃肠外科收治胆囊疾病合并2型糖尿病患者共97名,既往有胆囊切除的有44例(观察组)及未行胆囊切除的53例(对照组),分析比较两组患者年龄、体质量指数,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C);糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果两组患者FPG以及HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异有有统计学意义,并且观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,P<0.01。结论胆囊切除术后2型糖尿病患者血脂水平变化特点,血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平上升,HDL-C水平下降。
Objective Study on blood lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients after cholecystectomy.Method From July 2016 to February 2019,97 patients with gallbladder disease and type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the gastrointestinal surgery of our hospital.There were 44 patients with cholecystectomy(observation group)and 53 patients without cholecystectomy(control group).The age,body mass index,ALT,AST,FPG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,HbA1 c of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in FPG and HbA1 c between the two groups(P>0.05);there was significant difference in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels between the two groups,and the level of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of HDL-C in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion After cholecystectomy,the level of serum TC,TG and LDL-C increased,while HDL-C decreased.
