摘要
目的探究采用MRI对于膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者的临床诊断效果。方法选取我院2018年2月-2019年5月期间收治的71例膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象,对患者分别采取CT诊断及MRI诊断,对比两种诊断方式的诊断准确率。结果膝半月板损伤患者52例,MRI检查对于膝半月板损伤患者的诊断准确率(94.23%)显著高于CT检查诊断准确率(76.92%);且关节软骨损伤患者19例,MRI检查对于关节软骨损伤患者的诊断准确率(94.74%)显著高于CT检查诊断准确率(63.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI诊断对于膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者的诊断准确率较高,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods From February 2018 to May 2019,71 cases of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis were adopted for the patients respectively,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic methods was compared.Results In 52 patients with knee meniscus injury,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for knee meniscus injury was significantly higher(94.23%)than that of CT(76.92%);in 19 patients with articular cartilage injury,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for articular cartilage injury was significantly higher(94.74%)than that of CT(63.16%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has high accuracy in the diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury,and has certain clinical application value.
