X70钢管自保护药芯焊丝全位置自动焊接接头组织与力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对X70φ1 016 mm×17.5 mm钢管,进行自保护药芯焊丝自动下向填充盖面焊焊接工艺研究。分析焊接过程中电弧的运行轨迹,根据线能量q1、q2,电弧边缘直行距离H1和焊接盲区长度H2四个参量值的大小设置焊接工艺参数,制定三种试验方案;评定焊接工艺,采用SEM分析焊接接头各区域的显微组织;通过拉伸、三面刻槽锤断、侧弯试验、低温冲击试验等一系列力学性能试验,分析焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明,通过调整线能量q、电弧边缘直行距离H1和焊接盲区长度H2,能较好地控制焊缝成形;2#试验案例所设置的工艺参数匹配较为合理,适应于该套长输管道自动焊装置,在此套工艺参数组的基础上加以优化,可获取更优的多套工艺参数匹配,提高系统和装备的广泛性和适应性。 The microstructure and performance of welded joints is an important basis for judging the quality of joints. With reasonable welding parameters,joints with excellent microstructure and performance can be obtained. In this paper,a automatic downward filling cosmetic welding procedure with self-shielded flux-cored wire for X70 steel pipe φ1 016 mm×17.5 mm is studied.By analyzing the arc trajectory in the welding process,according to the four parameters of heat input q1 and q2,arc edge straight distance H1 and welding blind zone length H2,the welding parameters are set and three test schemes are developed. The welding procedure is evaluated by analyzing the microstructure of each area of the welded joint with SEM;the mechanical properties of the welded joint are analyzed through a series of mechanical performance tests such as tensile,three-sided grooved hammer break,side bending test and low temperature impact test. The results show that the appearance of weld can be well controlled by adjusting the heat input q,the arc edge straight distance H1 and the welding blind zone length H2. The matching of the welding parameters set up in the No.2 test case is more reasonable,and is suitable for this set of automatic welding equipment for the long-distance pipeline. By optimizing on the basis of this set of welding parameters,more optimal sets of welding parameter matching can be obtained and the universality and adaptability of this system and equipment are improved.
