摘要
采用免充氩焊接保护剂和传统的充氩气保护对S30403不锈钢无缝钢管进行TIG打底焊,通过焊接工艺试验、探伤试验、拉伸试验、侧弯试验、冲击试验、晶间腐蚀试验、金相试验等方法研究了两种背面保护方式对S30403不锈钢无缝钢管焊接接头工艺和性能的影响。试验结果表明,免充氩焊接保护剂的结果能够满足NB/T 47014—2011中规定的要求,与传统的充氩气保护方式相当,在实际生产中可替代充氩气保护。
The welding shielded flux without argon-filled and traditional argon-filled was used in S30403 stainless steel seamless pipe with TIG backing weld.Effects of the two back protection methods on welding process and properties of S30403 stainless steel seamless pipe welded joint were investigated by welding process test,inspection test,tensile test,bending test,impact test,intergranular corrosion test and metallographic test.The results showed that welding shielded flux without argon-filled could meet requirements of NB/T 47014-2011,and it was similar to that of traditional argon-filled protection.It could replace argon-filled protection in actual application.
