摘要
目的分析我国高校公共安全的不足,并从教育、管理、规章制度等方面提出相关建议。方法利用ROST内容挖掘系统软件,对中国知网获取的高校公共事件相关文献进行内容分析,以NetDraw为辅助绘制高频词共现图。结果高校公共事件应围绕问题、健康教育、事件预防、对策等展开,我国高校公共安全目前安全教育不足,管理规章有弊病,管理机构及人员缺乏,处置管理不严格等。结论正视高校公共安全的问题,重视校园安全管理,加强安全教育,完善制度安排等。
Objective Aimed to provide references for constructing public safety in universities,this paper analyzes a series of problems and puts forward related suggestions from the aspects of education,management and rules and regulations.Methods ROST content mining system was used to analyze the literatures on campus incidents of public safety retrieved in CNKI,and NetDraw was used to draw the co-occurrence graph of high-frequency words..Results Campus safety incidents should be dealt with by focusing on problems,health education,incident prevention,and countermeasures.At present,the problems of campus public safety included insufficient safety education,imperfect management regulations,inadequate management institutions and personnel,and nonstandard handling and management.Conclusions It is vital to face the problems of campus public safety,value campus safety management,strengthen safety education and improve institutional arrangements.
