摘要
确保公共安全是构建和谐社会的重要内容。而目前我国公共安全很不和谐,由公共安全造成的人、财、物的损失严重阻碍了我国社会的进一步发展。这既有经济片面发展的原因,也有政府公共管理不到位的原因。增强政府安全责任能力,提升企业安全管理水平,强化个人安全意识,是提高社会公共安全保障能力的三驾马车,是构建和谐社会的重要措施。
Guaranteeing the public security is the important content of constructing harmonious society.But at present, our country public security is far from harmonious. Losses of manpower, financial, material resources caused by the public security problem seriously hinder our society＇s further development.This is not only because of the unilateral economical development, but also the defected government public management. Enhancing government＇s security responsibility ability, promoting enterprises＇ security controlling level, strengthening individual security consciousness , are the “troika” which sharpen the social public security guaranteeing capabilities and the important measures which help to construct harmonious social.
