摘要
针对地铁、铁路部门检修工器具的日常管理中的问题进行了具体分析,开发并且设计出了一种检修工器具的智能化管理终端系统。在检修工器具表面融入芯片,纪录并对储存环境进行智能化控制,达成了检修工器具的申领、配发、存储直到失效的全生命周期内科学化的管理,保障轨道线路安全。实验表明,该系统与人工清点器具工作模式比较,效率明显。
This paper analyzes the problems during daily management of subway and railway department,an intelligent management terminal system for inspecting tools is developed and designed.By fusing chips at surface of inspecting tools,recording and storage environment is intelligently controlled.Thus,tools taking,distributed,storage and life cycle are managed scientifically,guaranteeing rails safety.Experiment shows it is more efficient than manual counting tools.
