摘要
介绍了一种石油勘探MEMS加速度传感器,该传感器是一种适应石油、煤田地震勘探设备向小型化、高分辨率、智能化方向发展的一种新产品。对石油勘探MEMS加速度传感器与传统检波器的特点进行了比较分析,介绍了该传感器已达到的技术指标和与国外同类产品的比较情况,同时介绍了数据采集及多传感器融合技术、地震勘探系统接口技术等应用方面的研究,最后介绍了该传感器在煤田勘探的实验情况。
Mainly introduced a MEMS acceleration sensor of oil exploration. This sensor is a new production, it will adapt the equipment of oil and coal exploration developing toward the miniaturization, high differentiate, intelligentize. Compared the MEMS acceleration sensor with traditional geophone, and this MEMS sensor already reached technical index, and the compare of same foreign production. At the same time, it introduced the technique of date collect and multi-sensor .amalgamation, the connector of earthquake exploration equipment;last, introduced the experiment date of the application of this MEMS sensor in coalfield exploration.
