摘要
按照国内学术界的传统看法,1980年以来的埃及与以色列关系一直处于冷和平阶段。然而,事实上,在此期间,埃及与以色列的关系大体经历了三个阶段,即冷和平时期(1980—1991年)、冷和平与战略和平混合时期(1991—2003年)、纯粹的战略和平时期(2003—2019年)。整体上看,1980—2019年,埃及与以色列的关系体现出由冷和平日益向战略和平转变这样一条轨迹。在此转变过程中,美国的影响、埃及和以色列特别是埃及外交政策的转变、埃及社会环境的变化,以及经济领域精英间商业联系的增强和知识分子的思想传播范围的扩大,均对埃以关系由冷和平向战略和平的转变起到了重要作用。
According to the traditional views of the domestic academic community,the relationship between Egypt and Israel has been in a cold and peaceful stage since 1980.However,in fact,during this period,the relationship between Egypt and Israel generally experienced three stages:a cold peace(1980—1991),a hybrid of cold and strategic peace(1991—2003),and a purely strategic peace(2003—2019).On the whole,from 1980 to 2019,the relationship between Egypt and Israel showed such a trajectory from the cold peace to an increasingly peaceful transition.In this process,the influence of the United States,the changes in the foreign policies of Egypt and Israel,especially Egypt,the change of social environment in Egypt,the enhancement of business links among elites in the economic field and the expansion of the dissemination scope of intellectual′s thought all played an important role in the transformation of Egyptian-Israeli relations from the cold peace to the strategic peace.
