摘要
高血压病是临床常见的心血管疾病,对于心、脑、肾等重要器官造成严重损害,且该病有蔓延的趋势。中医"治未病"理论是高血压病分阶段防治的重要理论指导,具体包括"未病先防""欲病救萌""既病防变""病后防复"四个方面的内容。中医外治法包括针灸疗法、耳针与耳穴压豆疗法、敷贴疗法、推拿按摩疗法等多种形式,对于高血压病的防治具有"简、便、效、廉"的特点。在中医"治未病"思想的指导下,将中医外治法应用于高血压病防治的各个阶段,对于改善临床症状、体征、减少并发症等具有重要的意义。
Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease in clinic,which causes serious damage to heart,brain,kidney and other important organs,and the disease tends to spread.The theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in all stages.It includes four aspects:prevention before disease,rescue after disease,prevention after disease and recovery after disease.External treatment of TCM includes acupuncture,ear acupuncture and ear acupoint pressing beans therapy,application therapy,massage therapy and other forms.It is simple,convenient,effective and inexpensive for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Under the guidance of the thought of"preventing disease"of TCM,the application of external treatment of TCM to the prevention and treatment of hypertension at all stages is of great significance for improving clinical symptoms,signs and reducing complications.
