摘要
目的将核酸检测观察员应用在新型冠状病毒感染防控的工作中,规范核酸检查标本采集以及处置、运送过程。方法采用访谈及现场调查相结合的方式确定我院核酸检测标本采集中存在的问题,设置核酸检测观察员对全院核酸咽拭子标本的采集、护士防护、标本的处置及送检等各个环节进行专项追踪与整改。结果设计查检表调查干预前后各环节错误例数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论核酸检测观察员可以很好地在新型冠状病毒感染防控中起到积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the position of nucleic acid detection observers in prevention and control of new coronavirus infection, novel coronavirus infection prevention and control work, thus to standardize the protocol of collection, process and transportation of nucleic acid specimens. Methods The problems existing in the collection of nucleic acid samples in our hospital were identified by means of interview and field investigation. Nucleic acid test observers were set up to track and rectify the collection of nucleic acid throat swab samples, nurse protection, sample disposal and submission. Results There was statistical significance in the number of error cases before and after the intervention(P<0.001). Conclusion Nucleic acid detection observers can play a positive role in the prevention and control of new coronavirus infection.
