对新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗中的热点问题的思考 被引量:47

Thinking about hot issues in the diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia

摘要 2019年12月底,中国湖北武汉地区部分医院陆续发现不明原因肺炎病例。2020年1月12日,世界卫生组织正式将导致此次疫情发生的新型冠状病毒命名为"2019新型冠状病毒"。国家卫生健康委员会先后组织专家编写了《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》(后更名为《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》)以指导疾病的防控及诊治。然而,由于受对疾病认知的限制,目前在该病的诊治中还有很多问题尚待解决。该文通过查阅严重急性呼吸综合征及中东呼吸综合征等相关冠状病毒感染的研究,并结合自己的诊治经验和体会,对诊疗方案中疾病传播方式、潜伏期长短、诊断标准实践应用及治疗药物选择等热点问题提出思考。 At the end of December 2019,some hospitals in Wuhan,Hubei,China found unexplained pneumonia cases one after another.On January 12,2020,World Health Organization officially named the new coronavirus that caused the outbreak as"2019 new coronavirus".The National Health Committee of China has organized experts to compile a"pneumonia diagnosis and treatment program for new coronavirus infection"to guide the prevention,control,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.However,due to the limited knowledge of the disease,there are still many problems to be solved in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.We reviewed the researches on coronavirus infections related to severe acute respiratory syndrome and Middle East respiratory syndrome,combined with our own experience in diagnosis and treatment,and proposed some thoughts on several unclear hot issues such as the mode of disease transmission,the incubation period,the practical application of diagnostic standards,and the choice of treatment drugs in the diagnosis and treatment plan.
