摘要
目的妇产科患者行无缝隙护理模式的感染预防效果分析。方法选择该院妇产科于2018年9月—2019年9月期间收治的住院患者94例为研究对象,以患者住院时间顺序为标准划分为实验组与对照组,每组各47例;对照组患者住院期间接受常规护理管理,实验组患者住院期间接受无缝隙护理管理,对比两组患者的院内感染发生率以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的院内感染发生率为12.77%,对照组患者的院内感染发生率为34.04%,两组数据进行组间比对分析,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.934,P<0.05);此外,实验组患者的护理满意度为95.74%,对照组患者的护理满意度为70.21%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.846,P<0.05)。结论妇产科住院患者接受无缝隙护理,可以降低出现呼吸道感染、泌尿道感染、切口感染、宫腔感染或是胃肠道感染等院内感染的风险性,为患者的治疗效果以及预后质量提供保障,有利于获取更好的患者护理满意度,为护患关系的和谐发展提供助力。
Objective To analyze the infection prevention effect of seamless nursing mode for gynecological and obstetric patients.Methods A total of 94 inpatients admitted to the hospital in the obstetrics and gynecology department from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of hospitalization time,with 47 patients in each group;patients in the control group received routine nursing management during hospitalization,and patients in the experimental group received seamless nursing management during hospitalization.The incidence of nosocomial infections and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients in the experimental group was 12.77%,and the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients in the control group was 34.04%.Comparing and analyzing the data between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.934,P<0.05).In addition,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 95.74%,and that of the control group was 70.21%.the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.846,P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological and obstetric hospitalized patients receiving seamless care can reduce the risk of nosocomial infections such as respiratory infections,urinary tract infections,incision infections,uterine infections,or gastrointestinal infections,and provide protection for patients'treatment effects and quality of prognosis,help to obtain better patient care satisfaction,and provide support for the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship.
