摘要
目的探究在妇产科中实施无缝隙护理管理对降低院内感染的影响。方法选取妇产科患者100例分为2组,对照组实施常规的护理管理,实验组实施无缝隙护理管理。结果实验组妇产科患者的感染发生率2.00%,低于对照组的感染发生率6.00%,P<0.05;实验组妇产科患者的护理总满意度98.00%,高于对照组的护理总满意度84.00%,P<0.05。结论在妇产科中实施无缝隙护理管理,能够有效对院内感染进行控制,促进患者护理满意度的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management on reducing nosocomial infection in gynecology and obstetrics department.Methods 100 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were divided into 2 groups,control group received routine nursing management,experimental group was managed with seamless nursing.Results The infection rate of obstetrics and gynecology patients in the experimental group was 2%,which was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence rate was 6%,P〈0.05;The total satisfaction of the obstetrics and gynecology patients in the experimental group was 98%,higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was 84%,P〈0.05.Conclusion Implementing seamless nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology department can effectively control nosocomial infection and promote the satisfaction of patient care.
