摘要
细菌生物膜(BBF)具有独特的空间结构和理化性质,这与目前细菌耐药性的增强以及细菌感染难以根治密切相关。乳杆菌属属于乳杆菌科中很少有致病性的一类细菌,也是应用最广的一类益生菌,其在调节肠道菌群失调、治疗腹泻等方面具有重要的实际价值,在BBF相关感染的预防和治疗上也表现出潜在的应用价值。现BBF感染难治原因、乳杆菌属在抑制细菌生长及生物膜形成的作用机制方面做一综述,为探讨BBF相关感染的治疗提供参考。
Bacterial biofilm(BBF)has unique spatial structures and physicochemical properties,which is closely related to the enhancement of bacterial resistance and the difficulty in eradicating bacterial infections.Lactobacillus belongs to Lactobacillaceae which is rarely pathogenic and is one of the most widely used probiotics.It has important practical value in regulating intestinal flora imbalance,treating diarrhea and other aspects.It also shows potential application value in the prevention and treatment of bacterial biofilm-associated infections.This article summarizes the causes of refractory BBF infection,the mechanism of Lactobacillus in inhibiting bacterial growth and biofilm formation,which can be a reference for the treatment of bacterial biofilm-associated infections.
