噬菌体与益生菌疗法在口腔微生态调控中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 口腔菌群是仅次于肠道菌群的人体第二大微生物群落。口腔微生物组分破坏导致的口腔微生态失衡是口腔常见疾病(如龋病和牙周炎)的重要发病因素。噬菌体疗法利用裂解噬菌体特异性侵入宿主致病菌并释放特殊酶类将其裂解,实现对生物膜的清除和微生态的恢复。益生菌疗法能补益口腔中的益生菌,通过多种机制调节口腔微生物组分,对口腔疾病的防治具有积极作用。而噬菌体与益生菌疗法联用可兼具两者优势,高效调节口腔-消化道微生态。深入研究噬菌体和益生菌疗法及两者联用在口腔微生态调节中的作用,可为口腔疾病的生物防治提供新的借鉴。 Oral microbiota is the second largest microbial community after intestinal microbiota in the human body.The destruction of oral microbial components leading to an imbalance in oral microbiota is an important pathogenic factor for common oral diseases such as caries and periodontitis.Lytic phage is often used in phage therapy to specifically invade the host pathogenic bacteria,and release special enzymes to lyse them,achieving the clearance of biofilms and the restoration of microecology.Probiotic therapy can replenish oral probiotics to regulate the oral microbial composition through multiple mechanisms,and thus create a positive effect on preventing and treating oral diseases.The combination of phage and probiotic therapy can have both advantages and efficiently regulate the oral-digestive tract microbiota.Further research on the phage and probiotic therapies,as well as their combined effects in regulating oral microbiota,can provide new insights for the biological prevention and treatment of oral diseases.
