摘要 数控编程与加工课程实践性强,传统的教学方法不能将理论教学和实践教学很好地结合,导致教学效果不佳。结合模具企业的生产需求,以模具生产中的导柱、导套、型腔和型芯等典型零件为载体,将数控编程理论、数控加工工艺知识和操作技能等进行设计整合形成各个教学项目,教学实践表明这种项目化教学方法能有效地培养学生综合运用所学数控加工知识解决实际问题的能力。 This NC machine tool programming and operation course is highly practical. Traditional teaching methods can not combine theory teaching with practice teaching well, resulting in poor teaching effect. Combining with the production demand of mould enterprises and taking typical parts such as guide pillar, guide sleeve, cavity and core as the carrier, the paper integrates NC programming theory, NC machining technology knowledge and operation skills into various teaching projects. The teaching practice shows that this project-based teaching method can effectively train students to use the NC machining knowledge to solve practical problems.
