基于变形梯度的球铰连接技术研究

Research on Connection Technology of Spherical Joint Structure Based on Deformation Gradient

摘要 基于变形梯度理论,提出线性变形控制方法,通过控制材料变形解决了柱塞部件中的球铰结构变形难以量化、加工工艺复杂的缺陷。采用渐变收口技术控制球座"P区"的变形量,并采用滚松工艺技术改善"W区"的应变分布。研究结果表明,柱塞部件的轴向间隙从0.12 mm降至0.01 mm,柱塞部件的滚松时间从10 min/件降低至4 min/件。该技术为柱塞产品的高效生产提供可靠地技术支持。 The method of linear-deformation control was proposed based on deformation gradient.The defect that the deformation of the spherical-joint structure in the plunger assembly was difficult to quantify and the process is complicated was solved by controlling the deformation of the material.The deformation of "area P" of the ball seat was controlled by a gradient closing technique,the strain distribution of "area W" was improved with a rolling technique.The research indicates that the axial clearance reduced from 0.12 mm to 0.01 mm,the time of rolling reduced from 10 minutes per piece to 4 minutes per piece.This technique provided reliable technical support for efficient production of plunger products.
