摘要
针对钻井泵缸套活塞偏磨导致活塞寿命偏低,严重影响钻井作业效率的问题,利用球铰连接技术,提出了柔性改进方案。将十字头、中间拉杆、活塞杆和活塞间的三处硬连接中的任意一处改为球铰连接的方式。经理论分析和实践证明,柔性改进方案确实能有效地解决缸套活塞偏磨问题。在某钻井泵上推广使用该技术,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problem that the piston wear of the cylinder liner of the drilling pump caused by the wear of the piston is low, which seriously affects the efficiency of drilling operations, a ball joint technology is used to propose a flexible improvement scheme. The method is to change any one of the three hard connections between the cross head, the middle tie rod, the piston rod and the piston into a ball hinge connection. Theoretical analysis and practice prove that the flexibility improvement scheme can effectively solve the problem of cylinder liner piston wear. The use of this technology on a drilling pump has achieved good results.
